- Your item needs to have the receipt, invoice, or valid proof of purchase from PCL Prince Infotech.
2. Refunds & Inspection
- Once we receive your item at our facility, our technical team will inspect it and we will immediately notify you that we have received your returned package.
- We will update you on the status of your refund right after the inspection is complete.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or your original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's processing policies.
3. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the actual cost of return shipping (if handled by us) will be deducted from your final refund amount.
